ugh.. No.. It’s not All html. It’s Mostly CSS. In fact almost none of it is Html.
Just use premade codes or generators.
Unless you have the time and energy to learn CSS.
Its a lot of html coding! But there are generator sites you can use to help make your own layout and things, like this one: http://www.myspacelayoutgenerator.org/
