My Weight Question

I am 13 years old & 85-90 pounds & my height is around 5’4 How much should i weight & am i under or over weight?? plz help & thnx lotz <3

By checking your BMI (Body Mass Index) number you are underweight. Your BMI number indicates your weight in contrast to your height not taking into account your muscle or fat content. Your body frame can also determine how much you weigh, if you have a small frame you will naturally weigh less and if you are big boned than you will naturally weigh more. If you are unsatisfied with how you look you can always tone up the areas that you most unhappy with. Remember to eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water to keep your body healthy.
