My Weight

Ok so I’m going into 8th grade and I’m not fat but I’m not model skinny either. I way around 120 and I was wondering if anyone had advise about losing around 10-15 pounds before school starts. I have 56 days! I go to a gym one a week and my parents are health nuts so I dont have a lot of junk food, but I never loose any weight. I know I shouldn’t eat when I’m not hungry (which I have a problem with) but what else is there? Thanks!

Well first of all, most girls that are model skinny just straight up don’t eat, but I definately wouldn’t reccommend that. If you go to the gym once a week, make sure you get a good workout. When not at the gym maybe take some time to do some situps or go for a jog, anything that would burn calories. As for the eating it is just self control which you have to teach yourself. Another big thing is to not drink soda, if you only drink water that can go a long way to losing weight. ope I was helpful!

Well you shouldn’t have much trouble getting fit then! And yes I am pretty sure that person meant squats. Also how tall are you because weight is always depending on heigth too, ya know?

Thanks! I forgot to mention that I have a pool and do hard laps once a day or every other day on nice days. And I dont drink soda, only water, milk, and juice.

eat healthy and excercise…if you do sit ups it will flattin your stomach and if you do swatts it will give you perfect legs and butt
