Please help, My teeth are yellow!

I’ve had braces for the last 3 years and I got the top half only off 2 months ago. Since then my teeth seem to have gone yellow!!

I tried a tooth whitening toothpaste for the last month or two, but they haven’t gotten any better… In fact, they’ve become worse!!

Is there anything I should try?? I’ve’e considered getting them whitened professionaly but one of my parents thinks I’m too young. Please help, they’re really knocking my self confidence.

well when I got my braces taken off my dentist whitened my teeth, but your not meant to drink fizzy drinks with them because when they get taken of they leave yellow marks where they have been. thats why I didnt drink fizzy drinks.

put baking soda on them everyday

or bleach them by a dentist or at home teeth whitening
