My pupils are always dialated
Ok so my pupils are always really big. And when I feel like wierd and light headed they get even bigger. And im not using drugs do you know what is caussing this?
From what I read, extra innervation to the pupil ‘dilator’ musculature is the most likely cause. especially if they are always the same size as each other and still ‘react’ (get smaller) when bright light is shown onto them - some people just have large pupils all the time. it certainly doesnt mean there is anything wrong - have him seen by an optometrist to make sure he has normal pupillary reactions.
Talk to your doctor, as a common reason fro dialated pupils is head injury or concussion.
