My nieces boyfriend his homeless

My nieces boyfriend is homeless, he’s 19 she will be 17 in about 9 days, will family services remove her from the home… We are actually reporting to family services that her father and step mother are hording animals and her and her younger sister are living in felth, I’m talking animal feces and pie all over the floor, caked up poop on the floor, the bath tube is falling thru, ants all over the kids bathroom, they use the master bath room to let the cats use the tub as a litter pan, his mom lives in st. Louis and his dad lives in arkansa. Her mother died two months ago, and her dad kicked her out 3 months ago, so now she draws a ssi check off her mom as does the other two kids which he get for them, right now her check goes to me she’s been living with me for two months now, family services actually do now that he lives there because we reported it when I signed her up on foodstamps and had her medicaid card transfered over, and so does social services. So now that he realizes that there actually going to be getting a good month check from there mother he has decided that she is moving back in. So with all this said when family services goes in and see’s the state of the house and the living conditions they will place the younger girl with her grandmother and the older brother already lives on his own but on the same property, thats not what I’m worried about , will they remove her from the home because her boyfriend lives there… If he had a nother place to go I would have asked him to leave already but he doesn’t… He has a full time job and has graduated already… Good kid just a little imature
