My mom thinks im huge
Okay so my whole family is over weight and I used to be like 20 pounds under weight then we moved and I gaid 40 pounds in 2 years and my mom tell me I look like a fat bicth how do I loose weight??
wow…how constructive of your mother. ha ha…sounds like mine. aren’t they sweet? well anyways, the answer is start doing cardio and find a healthy meal plan. probably no more than 1800 calories. I’m not sure though…I have no expertise and I don’t know your exact situation.

okay…that’s just wrong. Your mom shouldn’t be saying stuff like that. Anyway…if you want to lose some weight, go to the gym and eat low cal. That’s what I did. I ate under 800 cals/day and went to the gym everyday and lost about 70 pounds in 4 months. Eat the right low cal foods too. If you eat low cal, you can control how much you eat! Hope I helped some!
first make sure you want to lose weight for yourself, and not your mom. If you want to lose weight, just eat less and workout more. Cut out the bad foods that contain a lot of sugar or carbs. Start with doing about 30 minutes of cardio a day, then once you can handle more, do about 60 minutes. You also have to do some sort of strength training such as lifting weights or pilates.
