well first she needs to decide if she has feelings for both of these guys or just one. if you have feelings for the new guy but not really anymore feelings with you boyfriend then I would say break up with him, because its not right leading him on and then him find out you like another guy.

if you still like your boyfriend but not this new guys just let him know that you like your boyfriend a lot.

if you like both then I would say decide whats best for you. which one is always there, which one is more like a friend. stuff like that
