my horrible pimply face

hey everyone..I just need some advice on what to do about my face..I keep getting break outs(big ones) and they leave a big nasty scar..I go so many on my cheeks right now..so many scars..no where else except my cheeks..it looks so bad I dont even want to look at myself in the mirror.When I look at my 2 sisters.I envy them.their faces are so nice and pimple free.but why is it that my face have so many pimples.Just yesterday I got 4 new ones on both my cheeks.oh gosh what do I do.I cant even look at people straight in the face without feeling embarrassed.I wash my face in the morning and at night and I try to eat healthy foods.Im too shy to talk to my 2 sisters about my face to ask for advice and stuff..same goes for my mum..I always wanted to go to a dermatologist but I also feel shy.I wanna ask my mum but I dont know how to..can someone give me some advice?..how do I find a good dermatologist ? how do I get help? I feel so shy and embarrased :(

People have different types of skin. It could just be that you have a more oily skin than your sisters, and that’s not something you can really completely control. You can adjust your diet and look into getting a acne ointment specifically designed to treat oily skin types.

It might also help for you to drink a lot of water. Water keeps the skin naturally hydrated and keeps acne under control. If you drink a lot of soda you should try cutting that out completely, or at least switch from brown sodas to clear ones.

You shouldn’t feel embarrassed about having acne. It’s a natural part of life that everyone goes through, and no one ever really gets away from it completely. Like I said earlier, people have different types of skin and therefore have different levels of severity to their acne. Dermatologists provide very specific and powerful medicines to help treat your skin, so if you really want to see one just tell your mom. She should be able to find you a decent doctor.

its not embarassing just ask your mom. or try noxzema. works wonders :D

theres this kind of facial wash its made in philipines I though it wouldnt work but actually iam not lying I swear after3 days I woke I found nothing on my face not evena small pimple its amazing you clean your face when you wake p before you sleep its called eskin oil
