My heart aches for this girl

She did know that i liked her just not as strong as i do, because she told me "im sorry but i still love him" she still acts the same towards me and loves me as a friend but thats not good enough, i cant even begin to explain how much i love this girl. i would do anything for her, and im scared what will happen if i tell her how much i love her incase it freaks her out or if she says she doesnt love me back it would be the worst thing imaginable

Yea I see your point but thats how love is you never know. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Maybe things with this guy won't work out and she'll come to you. I'd wait it out and see what happens before telling her. It's hard to find the right time, but I definately think the right timing is key. If you have a "moment" with her, go for -even if she's with that guy.
