How can I stop my hair from breaking?

I’ve always had very long hair, and love it that way. However I had to cut it to just past my shoulders a few months ago coz I stripped black out of it (bleaching) and bleach red in 2 it too much.

It’s grown up to my arm bpits now but still is nothing near as long as it was! :( But its still breaking!!! The ends go like sopider legs and break off. I really want my long hair back…Help!!!???

Ive tried extentions but they annoy me and made me lose some hair.

thanku! do u bleach ur hair? its very blonde. do u find that it damages it? To be fair i havent dyed my hair for about 8 months now so surely a lot fo damage wouldve grown out??? what is glazed?

u need to get special split ends stuff but not from shops get a proffesion session for split ends it works relly well.x

if you aren’t getting a trim every 4 to 6 weeks your split ends double. and the fact that you bleached your hair doesn’t help at all.. bleaching hair takes everything out of your hair, strength, body, moisture bla bla bla

deep condition you hair once a week. the longer you leave the deep conditioner on the better…it’ll probably say like 5 mins on a bottle. but i normally put it in my hair for a half an hour while i sit and watch a movie or something.

also if you straighten your hair.. make sure you put some leave in conditioner in your damp hair before you blow dry…and then when you straighten you need some kind of oil based product that works for your hair…

but because this involves using a bunch of moisturizing products if you use to much your hair might look oily..

so you need to find out how much to put in, basically what works for you.

or you can pay money at a salon to get your hair GLAZED once in a while.

that adds up though.
