That sounds cool, I’ve actually seen people with hair like that before. I’m sure most salons will do it, so just call one and make an appointment.

any salon will do it for you just tell them what you want and what colour if you have a picture or drawing of what you want and can show it to them, even better howevere, if you can bleach your hair yourself, or/and can dye it a diy job would be a LOT cheaper or if you cant bleach it you could get the streaks profesionally bleached first and then dye them yourself
