my friends dad died :[ any advice?

ok so my friends dad died my friends name is keith. my other friend which is kenny is extremely upset because keiths dad was like a father to him. kenny and keith are both suicidal. but keith is being strong being now that he is the only guy in the house the other people are his sister and his mom. but kenny is really upset and wanting to die now. he feels bad because he never got to say bye or anything keiths dad died from a heart attack. how can I help kenny feel better? any advice? I dont want to c kenny commit suicide. and hes really close to it rite now. :[

lisen he needs help not just normal help like pros but just keep in contact with him make sure he know your there for him try to get him help or get another dad figure around him itwill be a long process for him to get better but dont give up on him tell him to go to the grave stone and say what he needs to say it might not be actullay talking to him but it will help a lot
