ok my friend’s brother has this friend that likes her and she likes him to but the only thing is he hasent asked her out yet will he ever ask her out thx for the help

tell her to be a little flirtatious with him. give him hugs, maybe a kiss on the cheek one time just for the hell of it. tell her to smack his @ss a bunch. and he doesn’t have to ask her out, she can ask him out. It happens all the time. If she isn’t comfortable with it, then go on a group date. have her say “hey my friend and I are going to a movie. you wanna come?” that kind of stuff. good luck =)
