ok I have a dog and he ran into my mini fridge and it fell on him. we took hm to the vet she said he was gonna die and he has been throwin up and crapin a lot but its ben 3weeks and he hasnt died yet is that normal??

Answer #1

Um I don’t know, maybe take him to the vet again. I don’t think it’s normal. Maybe he won’t die he’s just seriously ill. But sorry about your dog maybe dying soon :’(

Answer #2

Why did the vet say he was going to die, what was wrong with him??? Number two NO this is not normal and the dog could be suffering and maybe you need to deceide what is right for the dog and Euthinaze it. Three weeks of hell does not sound fun to me, I think you need to either get the dog treated if it can be or Euthinaze the poor thing.

Answer #3

Take him back to the vet…if he’s dying a slow death, then have him put to sleep…if he can be saved, then do so…You’ve been putting this dog thru all this for 3 weeks, and waiting for him to die???

Answer #4

Well, the vet can’t say for sure whether or not the animal is going to die. Sometimes the situation looks a little more serious at the time of the injury. If he is having diarrhea and throwing up though I would definately get him checked out again.

While it is throwing up take away its food and only give it water. When it go a few hours without throwing up, give it a little bit of stage 1 chicken or turkey baby food. This is delicate on their stomachs and should help him with his stomach issues. Sam

Answer #5

you should take your dog to a different vet, that vet may continue to say the same awnser. And like sshaw1988 said only give him water…

Answer #6
