so my best friend…kolbi had a cousin named tanner…we really started to get to know eachother but then the bigs news came…he had to move back to arizona…he said that he would never forget me…but he hasnt tried to contact me but I have…he claims that his phone is broken…and I feel like I am really obsessed about it…is it right to feel this way over someone I only kissed twice but he never even asked me out???

Well if you had strong feelings for him yeah its normal. But you have to move on. Your young & have so much ahead of you obsessing over a guy can just cause stress. Take your mind off of him. You tried contacting him if he hasnt then he doesnt care :)
