Sounds like hes on a high horse, I hate when men act like little girls..its so freaking annoying. You need to get him so into you, but kinda in a hard to get way, play his game for a while..slowly he will start to get sucked in by you and then bam! work your magic! re-train your man, as you would a dog lmao! good luck..add me if you want :P
