sigh. please dont post dups. my very long answer just disappeared because someone deleted the dup. It’s highly frustrating. Anyhow.

Now look, I know you’re unhappy that she lied. But look at what the motivation was behind the lie. She doesnt trust you. And then, what do you do, you go and rat out what she’s been saying to him… Thus proving her point, that you cannot be trusted. She’s not the only one to be blamed in this. When you do things like that, trust is undermined, and you become at fault too.

If what is important is saving the relationship, not who is right and who is wrong, stop looking at the past. Right now. Realize that you have a part you played, realize what you did wrong and admit it. Then talk to her about how you feel when she lied to you and didnt trust you. She believed some girl instead of talking to you. Try not to get defensive, blaming, or angry. Just try and express how you feel. Then you decide whether being her friend is more important that your pride, who is right, some guy, and some girl who is purposefully trying to make trouble between the two of you.
