my belly look and feel bloated

my body is slim and pretty skinny but my belly look like I am pregnant and bloated all the time when I eat and drink it look worst . I feel embarrassed because people think im pregnant. Is there a reason. Anyone know. PLease let me know something. I was never pregnant it looks like I done have 1 child

I am not due for a period yet . It looks like that whether if it’s time for it or not. when It’s time for my period belly hurt a lot and I get clot and get light bleeding before my period. Thanks for your answer I think I am going to the doctor to get that check.

Are you due on your period? That usually makes you feel bloated and can make your stomach appear more harder. Or are you having problems going the toilet? If so you might be consipated. I can’t really think of anything else that it might be. If it hurts when you press or lay down on your stomach you should go to your local doctor to get an accurate diagnosis :) I’m sure it’s nothing too serious though but if it’s causing you discomfort you should get it checked out.
