personally I think mullets are awesome and the style of your hair doesnt represent who you are as a person but I think what you want isnt a mullet at all its a new age hairstyle that sort of looks like a mullet, but isnt a lot of “scene” hairstyles will have them basically what you probably want is a lot of layered hair thats shorter at the top and longer at the bottom
