I have a 20 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. I have a two bedroom apartment. my daughter has her own room and my son shares a room with me and my husband. at what age does a minor child have to move out of their parents room.

Answer #1

im 14 so my advice might not be what your looking for. I moved out of my parents room when I ws 2 so 3 or 4 wud be gud. But I was also kind of a baby and had my parents sleep in my room untill I was 7.

Answer #2

I had a friend who shared a room with her mom when we were 12. im not sure when she got her own room, if she ever did.

Answer #3

10 or 11. You don’t necessarily need to have a separate room for your son but by law you cannot have mixed genders past that age, and especially when they’ve hit puberty. So you and your daughter could share a room while your son and husband share the other.
