How can I convince my parents to move?

Hello ok my mom wont move will actully my dad wount let my mom move ok we have lived in this house for 6 years and its in the middle of know where and my mom wants all of us to move to the city but my dad dosent want to move see i an handicapped and this house isent wheelchair accseseble and we need to move into a house that is and my parents live in a 3 bedroom house and they have 3 kids the baby is new just three months and my dad says if we move hes staying here and the thing is now one can come out this way beacuse its so far away and my dad likes that people cant come over hes kinda controlling but my mom loves him what do i do to convince my mom to move Btw i an 14
