how can you move a family into a lot if they dont have enough money in the sims 2 university life collection?

i used the cheat to add a neibor to my family, but i don’t like her, so i moved her out, and when i clicked the family buttons in the neiborhood, she was there, so i added a house, but she didn’t have enough money to move in, how can i get her more money without adding her my family again?

you start out with money…get the cheapest home, the cheapest things like bed, a frig, a blender to make her meals, a computer, a chair & make the character look for the highest paying job…only when they have saved up a lot then get them the dream home they have always wanted! (that is how my ex played it!)
