Motion sickness is not a disease. The symptoms are dizziness and nausea. The nausea can be so strong that you might throw up. This is typical of sea sickness, which is a form of motion sickness.

Motion causes the fluid in our inner ears to swirl. The inner ears are our gyroscope, they keep us balanced. When our body moves around to much, the brain cannot interpret the signals and we can feel ill.

It is possible to have inner ear problems. In this case you might feel motion sick because your inner ears are not working properly. In this case motion sickness might be considered an illness.
