Mono?

I heard you get it from like… sharing drinks and whatnot. What IS it exactly?

you you can get it from that it’s a bad cold pretty much the first time I got it was cause my boyfriend drank of our friends cup and I kissed him and I got it

oh okay. so you just get sick? thats all it is? I heard people saying you get like bumps in your mouth, or something like that, etc. is that true?

Mono is a virus. You can get it from kissing, drinking off other s who have had it, or have it, sharing eating untensils, tooth-brushes, salivia… Anything that goes in or out of your mouth basically. Once you have it, you have it for life. It goes away, and comes back throughout your entire life. I know a few people who have it and they’re out of school for like 2-3 weeks sick as a dog. So thats not good at all, unless your looking to fail. SO take caution of what your doing, and who your doing it with. =]
