Money SOS: Tree leaves are turning yellow and dropping

I have a small money tree. It flourish with little care from us for the last three years and have gotten much bigger than it when I originally bought it. Thinking that it might need a bigger pot, I repotted it last year. It was doing fine till now. In the last two weeks, the leaves have turning yellow and dropping. Upon closer inspection, I saw under the leaves there are clear droplets of what appear to be sap along the ridge or spine of the leaves underneath. I have no idea what to do please to stop my money tree from dying. Please help. any advise would be most appreciative. Thank you.

It can be only two things really, fungus or insects. Insects usually are easy to spot by the presence of an …..you guessed it insect. The other would be a fungus which could be a bad thing. Try to replant the money tree into new soil and make sure the new soil is sterile.
