has anyone heard of the agency model time management

has anyone heard of the agency model time management. They called we went in and met and told me that if I came back in 3 months and lost 10 pounds they would sign with me. But im not sure if its healthy/or if I need to loose the weight. What do you think is it worth it? im 5’8 1/2 and 138

in my opinion dont do it. a lot of companies do that then keep saying you have to lose weight. but if its something you want go right ahead I guess :)

lose the weight if its what you want. I think your fine thoughh, because I wanted to eb a model and they told me to lose 10 pounds also. (5 9’ 130)
