Where would the Mob be located and how long has the Mob been out?

Is the MOB considered a gang? Are the people in the MOB Italian new yorkers? Is the mob real? Do they really do hits on people if you pay them? Are they a threat to any normal regular non troubling citizen? When was the mob ever big (popular)?

The Mob never went out the mobs are all still there but theyre not as powerful as they were in the 40’s and 50’s in 1948 they owned New York City and its police anyone that F* with them died want to learn more about the mafia? Buy a book called “Falcone the Olny Don who Lived (Almost)”
