Mixed signals

I dont know how im going to put this but there is a guy I’ve known for a few years hes my brothers friend and he cares about me. He actually made out with me but he says he doesnt want a relationship. And im not just saying he cares I know for a fact he does. But why does he hug me or kiss me and not want a relationship?? And hes not just doing that because he thinks im hot or w/e..ik he cares dont say I dont

Just because a guy “hugs”, and/or “kisses” you, doesnt mean he wants to run off and start a relationship! He cares about you, but that has NOTHING to do with wanting to date you! So many girls think that a boy who kisses them wants to go out with them…thats just not how it works!

he does care a/b you. I have a similar problem. not to be blunt. but he just wants to have fun with no strings attached. go along with itt. and if he wants more he’ll be willing to commit more.
