Microsoft thingy. Help!!!

I wanna put a picture in the backround, and then write my facts on the picturee.

I have microsoft thingy.

you want to edit your picture and than use it as a background.

first of all edit the picute from the photoshop or from the paint.

after that save the picture.

and set the picture as backkground

go to the computer right click on it and select the properties

set the background .

Im n0t sure if this what you mean..ima try to git it rite tho…s0o0o0o…u mean like typing a doc and word wit your pic in the b.ground? If so then put the pic and the doc…double click pic..a menu should c0me up…I don’t know what tab exactly bt just pick the example that say send to back..example will b of the lil dog in the b.ground and words going ova it…h0pe this help

I think your trying write on your picture first then setting it as your background. If you mean that,use PhotoFiltre,it’s very easy to use I use it for my photo editing.

As far as setting it as your desktop background simply right-click the background,go to properties,then go to the desktop tab and click browse find your photo you edited and open it,and hit apply after your done.
