How many meters should I swim, and how frequently should I do it?

5ft4, 72kg, wanting to loose one and a half stone or more quickly but not so it’ll pile back on quickly. Usually I do 30 lengths of a 10 meter pool about 3 times a week! I just dont think its enough…

Great that you already have a routine going, I’d say keep it at 3 times a week but increase the lengths. Just do as many as you feel you can (but don’t hurt yourself!!!) then try to beat it each time! Soon you’ll be doing 100+!! Swimming is a great way of losing weight and it’s really good for your lungs.
