Why do I always get my menstrual cramps in the morning and night?

What, every day or just around your period? If you get them all the time, you need to see your doctor because obviously that isn’t supposed to happen. They might demand a pelvic exam if you haven’t had one already.

That is actually very normal. During your menstrual cycle you usually cramp all day, however you will notice and be bothered by them more in the mornings and at night. The reason you dont feel or notice them as much during the day is because you are more active and excercise and moving around lessens cramps and relieves the pain naturally. To help with them take ibuprofen or midol during the day before the cramps begin to hurt you in the evening and take medicine before you go to bed also as a preventive measure.
