How can I memorize countries?
My summer homework for my AP Human Geography class, is really hard. I have to memorize all the countries of the world, the regions of Canada and counties of my state (Arizona). Is there any way to make this easier?
Take a picture of the country (like a map) and write the name so you can easily see it. Hang it somewhere you pass often: in the bathroom, above your bed, near your desk, anywhere! When you see it enough with the name, you’ll soon reconize it easily!
Make a song/memoriable tune to go along with them, make a game to learn them, flash cards, make someone quiz you on them and keep doing it until you get it all right, stuuudddy or say them over and over again to yourself
Helpful but I actually have 2 memorize where they are too
just start with memorizing the first part then work on memorizing the locations then study them both at the same time and you should be good to go!
Then use the map idea, but instead of just the one country, use a larger map of a part of the world with all the maes printed clearly. For smaller countries, show a blown up version of that area, so you can read the names.
Go on to youtube and look up countrys of the world animaniacs!!! Its brilliant!! lol
