Medusa Piercing

hiya, just wanted to know if anyone on her has A medusa peircing?? Im wanting to get mine done this week and have studied up hard on them, im 18 and still got mums permission. I just want to know a few things about what size gauge to get? and how bad the swelling is afterwards? would love to hear from you

one of the few peircings I dont happen to have, but some freinds of mine do it like getting a madonna or monroe really 16 gauge is a good size to get it will swell up a bit (almost twice the size of whats normally there), but the swelling should go down within 3 days like any peircing in or around your mouth, it can cause damage to your teeth so make sure you avois any knocks or hits to the face, as theyll push it towards your teeth and that could cause them to chip your eyes might water a bit when getting it done and if you have a septum peircing make sure to change it from the ring (if you have one) also make sure you want one because if you decide to take it out later on youll be left with a mall pimple sized scar

always wanted to get one of those, but my mom won’t let me till im 18): funny cause she let me get my nose pierced and my bellybutton..but not that lol. but yeah I would imagine just get it done professionally, and if you want to switch it out a couple of months later get the smallest gauges you don’t want to make it too big like a size 18 or 16 in the gauges. and just clean it everyday with sea salt and warm water together

my friend said it was almost like getting snake bites. same cleaning. im not to sure what she does.
