Answer #1

I dont keep track of mine, I dont think most people do (unless they’re trying to get pregnant or using the rhythm method) but yeah put it on a calendar if you really want to…

Answer #2

Well its not a bad thing I never kept track of mine. But what you can do is go get a little calander thing and as soon as you get your period wright it down :)

Answer #3

I put dots on my calender you can pick any shape. It’s good to track and know your body and if you’re sexually active you need to-and preferably be on the pill and use condoms!

Answer #4

Just chart your cycle if you want.

Answer #5

I don’t really keep track of mine. I do have a certain idea around what time of the month I should expect it. PMS usually tells me a week in advance when I’m going to expect it.

Answer #6

You dont have to track it really. Its your own choice. If you want to keep track get a calander and put like hearts on the days you have your period, then no one will know what your tracking.

Answer #7

its ok if you just take it from the first day you got it and the count 28 days it should be around the next time you get it example say you get it on today the 19th you then just go from the 19th and count 28 days so about the 16th of june, around there sometime in that week would be the next time you should get it you can always keep a calander to mark down the days you get it so you know and will be ready
