I agree with what stephanief987 said. Why rush when you’ve got a life to live? You should go to school and PARTY before you have kids…but that’s just me.♥ So…back to your question. If you have sex with him when you’re 17, he won’t get into trouble with the law. If you’re 18 and have his baby, he won’t get into trouble with the law. The only way he’d probably get into trouble with the law is if you’re under the age of 16 and your parents decide to get him arrested…then he’ll get into trouble. When you’re 18, you’re legally an adult and you pretty much can do whatever you want to do. I don’t know how other families operate, but I turned 18 in January and I was still in high school and I couldn’t do anything I wanted to do until I handed my mom that diploma.So as far as you wanting to move out when you’re 18 and your mom saying no, of you’re still in High school then, you should listen to what she says and suck it up until you graduate, but if you’ve graduated already and you’re 18, you are legally on your own and can do whatever you want…except drink and gamble in Vegas (♥), and if she keeps you locked up in the house, she could get into trouble with the law for holding you against your will. Well, I’m no expert in law or anything…but I watch all these law shows and read about all this stuff. Hope I helped some!!♥♥
