matstrubation

I do understand masturbation is very hard to leave,once you start it but in my case after mastrubating I feel weakness and feel heavyness into my eyes.and noe I want to leave this but I am unable to do that,tell me what should I do now to leave itor what should I do that I wont feel any weakness after masturbating.
