Matching Attire?

My husband and I are going to a cocktail social, I found this wonderful brown dress (deep brown) but the suit he wants to wear is dark navy with a dark silver pin stripe. It’s a great suit and looks great on him…would it look really stupid if I wore the brown dress and he wore the navy suit?

Ok I was thinking it should be fine, and the dress is perfect on me and that suit is awesome on him, I really don’t want one of us to give up the outfit.

I agree, I don’t see why you guys would have to match and brown and navy go good together anyway. if you match then you will blend and people won’t see you as individuals.

No, not in my opinion.

To me it’s better than looking color coded…that just reminds me of matric dance…cheesy

If he looks great and you look great it really doesn’t matter if you match or not.
