I have to mastubate …in every 2 or three Days if I dont…I feel very tensed,agressive And I cannot sleep properly at night .. Is ths ok..or its some problem…

masturbation is proven to relax you and relieve blood pressure. Maybe you just have a lot of stress on you and that is your bodies way of relieving itself. It dont sound like much of a problem to me. If you only do it once every two or three days, that sounds prety normal.

I think masturbation is normal.. especially for men like you. better follow the times you do it per week, and make sure you don’t abuse it or somethin.. my brothah had the same issue before, and he was told by mah uncle that it has to be done at a certain number of times per week, like you do..
