No it’s not normal. Breasts only have milk while pregnant and after having the baby.

If you have liquid coming out of your breasts then you should go to the doctor, there could be something wrong.

if your not pregnant, it could also be caused by a hormonal imbalance but either way you should go to your doctor…but if it’s like white puss then Im pretty sure that’s normal…:S
