National sport of china, a blend of various traditional styles of kung fu, most of it is done in forms, etc…it’s very beautiful, but, not the most practical (imho) if you’re looking for something for self defense.

However, the forms are some of the nicest looking I’ve ever seen and the weapons demonstrations wushu practitioners do rock.
