marines or airforce?

when I go into the army what branches should I go into the marines or the airforce??

Answer #1

Well first of all, the army does not have branches called the marines and the air force, lol. The military does have an army, the marines, the air force, the navy and the coast guard. Now. You are trying to compare apples to bananas. The air force and the marines are completely opposite. First, the air force focuses more on air craft (hence the name air force) and the marines are more lets go throw ourselves into the middle of battle. Obviously, since we’re in the middle of the war, really no branch is a safe bet. However, the air force is safer. They are more the brains, whereas the marines are more the muscle. If you want to really mentally challenge yourself and keep yourself safer while serving your country, go air force. If you want to go right into the front lines of a battle, go to the marines. Also there’s several different jobs within each branch that may determine where you actually end up. Talk to recruiters and do research on your own. Your question is one that only you can really answer no matter how much any of us try to help.

whzcheer2010. the military bRANCHES are THE COAST GAURD, ARMY,MARINES,AND THE AIRFORCE, PLUS THE MARINES those are all the branches in the military.

Answer #4

and you shouldnt rule out the national guard bro. the guard provides a lot of oppurtunities during and after your military career. you will just be on reserve. of course you go through all the training any other armymen would go through and of course theres the chance of getting deployed, but if you just want to join the military because its cool then the armed forces are nto for you. you need to be absolutly positive your willing to go into hell for your country. especially into todays war.

Answer #5

well for one dude if you dont have 20/20 vision sorry to say your not getting into the air force. and if you dont you need to know if you can handle the G’s and sh*t your gonna be pulling in those aircraft. intense training for that. and if your gonna join the marines you need to have serious mental and physical capabilities. USMC doesnt just throw themselves into battle contrary to popular belief of marines just getting tossed into “hell”. they focus on AMPHIBIOUS assault which means they assault the objective from the sea as much as they can. and I can guarentee the USMC has the toughest training in ALL the armed forces besides special forces of course
