First hunni its MONROE not Manroe :) Just to clear that up. And dont worry it’s nothing. Nearly every fresh piercing will turn red or even white as the piercing heals. Moe 214- green and yellow puss is VERY normal and you shouldn’t worry. It will take apoximatly 3 months to heal but this depends on stress factors, eating habits and lots of other personal matters. You should be cleaning it 2 or 3 times a day with nothing but hot water and sea salt OR anti-bacterial soaps.

NO ALCOHOL, NO PEROXIDE AND NO HARMFULL CHEMICALS.

Yes it is called weeping. It is plasma from in the blood and is totally normal. Feeling pain when you knock it or touch it is normal. For a new piercing to be tender is 100% normal and nothing to worry about.

If you do get an infection do not simply “clean it more” as this can do more harm than good. Piercings should never be cleaned more than 3 times a day. If an infection occures soak the piering in sea salt three times a day, if theres still an infcion after 4 days then see a doctor.

Answer #4

On an oral piercing (with the exception of tongue) pus is normal and a part of the healing process. This is called weeping. Don’t confuse weeping with being infected. If it hurts when you touch it (which you shouldn’t be doing anyway) or feels especially tender, try cleaning it more. It may be infected.

Answer #5

It should be fine. If the puss is yellowish or greenish, then you should worry. It sounds like it’s trying to heal. H2Ocean works really well for those piercings. If you’re concerned just go to the piercer and have them check it out.
