do you seriously want him to notice you because of something that can be washed away? maybe a little eyeliner and a natural looking eyeshadow, but other than that it isn’t worth it because then you cover up who you are. and he probably has noticed you, like nevets said. so try talking to him instead of dressing up like something you aren’t.
A guy will notice you for you and not the type of makeup you wear.
Most guys (well at least the ones I know) prefer girls who wear little to no makeup…So if you really want to wear it I’d say some lipgloss, eyeliner and some mascara and you’re good to go.
yeah just say Hi or introduce yourself, chances are he already does notice you, he just doesnt know you’re interested.
well I think make up in not the way to go from experince I say let a guy see who you really are and dont try to put make up on just to empress anyone especially a guy and if you were to put make up on I think you should put a little line of eye liner and some lip gloss and if you are reading this hope you get a little idea of what to do good luck BY:AAliyah :D

well if you really want to noe eye shadow mascara and lipgloss…not stick but gloss…any color of your choice but I hope you know how to apply makeup don’t make it look messed up
