Make-up question!

What color eyeshadow/eyeliner will bring out my blue eyes I have brown hair, if that has anything to do with it.

Also… how do you cover up under-eye circles? Because what I’m using doesn’t work…

I use a undereye make up by almay (line smoothing concealer) I would use a smokey eyeshasdow and liner, for this time of year. hope this helps

hmm… I dont think there is much you can do about under eye circles… but you might look good with a turquise color eyeliner
