Make breath smell better,longer

Brush your tongue super good and don’t each things with too much bread or better yet avoid chocolates.

It’s school…I can’t chew gum or mints.

K to the flossing. But, any sure way?

believe it or not but if you eat an apple a day it will help your breath stay fresh.you can also use mouthwash or just keep some mints or gum in your purse.

k this is what I do I brush my teeth (including tongue) floss and then just before I leave the house I rinse out my mouth thoroughly with mouthwash(just say to your parents you think you have bad breath and I don’t think they’ll say no)

Oh yeah, I forgot that you can get a tounge scraper for like 97 cents at wal-mart.

If you don’t eat for a while your breath can start smelling worse. So I assume the best advice would be to eat at regular, healthy intervals with properly portioned meals that do not make your breath smell either. Brush after each meal with small portable a toothbrush and toothpaste.

also, drink water through out the day. a dry mouth causes bad breath, which is why your breath smells so terrible in the morning.

Start flossing and don’t eat anything like onions or fish or garlic. Don’t drink warm milk or pick your nose. Flossing does make a difference.

the white stuff on your tongue cause bad breath.. get rude of that.. brush your teeth and floss

and take gum with you ;)

brush your tounge majority of the bacteria in your mough is on your tounge and this is one thing that can make your breath smell, its also the thing that most people go past when you brudh your teeth, lightly brush your tounge as well
