What majors should I get to be a pastry chef?

Well… these thing depend on the courses available at different colleges and universities. Most colleges or chef schools only give a certificate or at best a diploma… I don’t think you can get a degree for chef. If you aply for your course, you will be registered otomatically for the courses you have to major in. Unless they do something like what I’m studying, where you get to choose the courses you want to major in… But they give you a list of the courses you’re allowed to choose and how much each course is credited and how much credits you need per year to get your certificate etc., etc. If you want to find these things out, go to the college or university website and find contact numbers and call them and start asking around. Each tertiary institution have their own way of doing things, so I don’t know what you are going to need.
