which ever way you want but I really like burgandy highlights they look real cute I used to have that with jet black hair as a base… or you can die the bottom half (like from a little lower than your ear and down) die that red and then black or dark brown (reccomend dark brown black is way harder to take out if you want to change your color) and when you put it up in a pony-tail it shows the red it looks mad hot!!! so… I hope this helps!!! =P
