Maderma stretch marks, does it really help with stretchmarks?

Maderma stretch marks, does it really help with stretchmarks? I’ve read articles about it, and after reading the ingredients (seems like shea butter, cocoa, etc, usual stuff) wouldn’t it work the same as any other cream?

whatever is in there worked for my wife. Trust me it is expensive but it does help.
