Does he like me and what should I do?

I like this boy and i don’t now if he likes me back. My friends always says to me theres your boyfriend or sit next to your boyfriend and every time she says that he hears it but does nothing. He stares at me, thows paper and balls at me oh and annoys me he says that he likes doing that too.

ok well sometimes annoying a girl is boys way 9and occasionally girls) way of showing you they like you basically because they are immature like that! lol maybe you should tell him how you feel? dont ask him out just tell him that you like him at least this is what me and pretty much all my friends do.
